Sea Food Risotto is called:
Risotto ai Frutti di Mare o Risotto alla Pescatora.
This seafood risotto is a custom by me recipe because is infused with a bisque sauce and I know the Bisque is French, but mmmmh, it’s damn good!
I used scallops, squids, prawns and mussels to make up the risotto but I can use what seafood I find fresh.
It’s comes in two portion.
