I am going to share with you a recipe from my childhood. The morning treats I liked the most were small yogurt plumcakes sold by a famous Italian brand. My favourite breakfast ever, and now it's the my kid's favorite one.
This cake is soft and spongy, it is quite healthy, as there is no butter in it and it’s made with honey yogurt.
